Inside the setup — how we review work at Kestaris

Every edit, page and identity passes the same desk before it ships. A short note on our review ritual.

Everything we ship passes one desk, twice. Once when it's rough — where honest notes are cheap — and once when it thinks it's finished, which is when it has to survive the grid review: every frame, every breakpoint, every state.

The ritual is simple: the work goes up on the big screen, the brief goes beside it, and the only question asked is whether a stranger would stop for it. If the answer is no, it goes back.

It's not a fast process. It is why the work holds up.
